By accessing or using the Giveme platform, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

Giveme is a platform that aggregates giveaways from Greece into an easy-to-use app, helping users find contests, prizes, and new participation opportunities faster without having to search separately across different social media platforms or websites. An additional core service of Giveme is the review of giveaways before they appear on the platform. Giveme makes reasonable efforts to check that the giveaways listed on the platform are real, active, and do not appear to be scams or misleading content, with the aim of protecting users and improving their experience. Through Giveme, users may, indicatively: - Discover available giveaways in one place. - Filter contests based on their preferences. - Quickly view participation instructions. - Stay informed about new opportunities. - Find prizes from different categories. - Access giveaways that have gone through a basic authenticity review by Giveme. - Participate more easily through a clean and user-friendly experience. Giveme primarily operates as an aggregator and does not necessarily organize the giveaways displayed on the platform.
Use of Giveme is permitted only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. The user agrees to use the platform in a way that does not violate applicable law, these Terms of Use, or the rights of third parties. Indicatively, the following are prohibited: - Using the platform for any illegal, misleading, or abusive purpose. - Attempting to breach the security of the platform. - Using bots, automated tools, scraping, or crawling without prior permission. - Copying, reproducing, or systematically extracting platform content or data. - Interfering with the operation of the service or its servers. - Creating fake accounts or using third-party accounts without permission. - Using the platform in a way that may harm Giveme, other users, or third parties.
To use certain features of the platform, creating or logging into an account may be required. Login to Giveme may be carried out through third-party providers, such as Google or Meta/Facebook. The user is responsible for maintaining the security of their account and for any activity carried out through it. The user may delete their account at any time, through the available platform features or by contacting Giveme at info.givemeapp@gmail.com. Giveme reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or delete a user account in the event of a violation of these Terms of Use, abuse of the platform, or behavior that may cause harm to the service, other users, or third parties.
Use of the Giveme platform is permitted only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. Giveme is not intended for use by minors and reserves the right to restrict or delete accounts that it considers to be in violation of this age restriction.
Most giveaways displayed on Giveme are organized by third-party organizers and are hosted or conducted on third-party platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other websites/social media platforms. Giveme is not necessarily the organizer of the giveaways displayed on the platform. Before a giveaway appears on the platform, Giveme may perform a basic authenticity and reliability review in order to reduce the risk of displaying fake, misleading, or scam giveaways. This review may include, indicatively, evaluation of the original source, the organizer, the available information, the participation instructions, and the overall reliability of the giveaway. Although Giveme makes reasonable efforts to display only real and reliable giveaways, it cannot absolutely guarantee that every giveaway will remain active, unchanged, available, or fully accurate after being published on the platform. The participation terms, requirements, dates, prizes, winner selection process, and delivery of prizes are determined exclusively by the respective organizer of each giveaway. The user is responsible for reading and accepting the participation terms of each giveaway before participating. Giveme does not guarantee: - That every giveaway will remain active at the time the user visits it. - That the information of each giveaway will not be changed by the original organizer after it has been listed on the platform. - That the user meets the participation requirements. - That the user will win any prize. - That the organizer will properly complete the winner selection process or prize delivery. Giveme is not responsible for any cancellation, change, delay, inaccuracy, unavailability, or failure to deliver a prize related to a giveaway organized by a third party.
Giveme may organize its own giveaways. Giveme giveaways may be conducted through third-party platforms, mainly through Giveme’s official social media accounts, which may be found in the footer of the application or website. For giveaways organized by Giveme, specific participation terms may apply and will be announced together with the respective giveaway. In case of conflict between these Terms of Use and the specific terms of a particular Giveme giveaway, the specific terms of that giveaway shall prevail. Giveme reserves the right to cancel, modify, or postpone its own giveaway if deemed necessary for technical, legal, or operational reasons.
Participation in giveaways takes place according to the terms of the respective organizer. Giveme may display participation instructions or steps related to each giveaway, such as follow, like, comment, tag, share, or other actions, depending on the available information. These instructions are provided for the convenience of the user and do not replace the official terms of the organizer. The user must check the original source of the giveaway and follow the official participation terms.
Giveme makes reasonable efforts to display useful, organized, updated, and reviewed information about giveaways. The review carried out by Giveme aims to improve the reliability of the platform and protect users from obviously fake, misleading, or scam giveaways. However, because most giveaways come from third-party sources, some information may change, expire, or become unavailable without prior notice. Giveme does not guarantee that all information displayed on the platform is always complete, accurate, updated, or error-free. Use of the information is at the user’s own responsibility.
Users cannot publish public content on the Giveme platform, such as comments, reviews, images, or their own giveaways. The user may only provide the necessary account details, preferences, and usage choices required for personalization and operation of the platform. Giveme reserves the right to add features in the future that allow user content. In such a case, additional terms may apply.
Giveme may send users updates regarding new giveaways, participation opportunities, platform features, or other relevant announcements. Updates may be sent via email, push notifications, in-app notifications, or other available communication channels. The user may manage their communication preferences where this is provided by the platform or by their device settings.
Giveme may in the future display sponsored, promoted, or partner content, such as promoted giveaways or collaborations with brands. Where required, Giveme will try to label such content in a way that is understandable to the user. The display of sponsored or promoted content does not mean that Giveme guarantees participation, validity, quality, availability, or delivery of any prize by a third-party organizer.
The Giveme platform may be provided free of charge or may in the future include additional features, subscriptions, paid features, or other paid services. If such features are added, the relevant terms, fees, payment methods, renewals, cancellations, and any refund policies will be disclosed to the user before the purchase or activation of the service. Giveme reserves the right to add, remove, or modify free or paid features of the platform.
The Giveme platform may be available through a mobile application or other digital channels. Use of the application may also be subject to the terms and policies of the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other relevant app distribution platforms. The user is responsible for maintaining a compatible device, internet connection, and updated version of the application, where required. Giveme does not guarantee that the application will be compatible with all devices, operating systems, or software versions.
Giveme makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and functional. However, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of technical problems. Access to the platform may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical issues, security reasons, or other reasons. Giveme is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from temporary or permanent inability to access the platform.
The Giveme name, logo, design, structure, user interface, texts, graphics, visual elements, code, and generally the content of the platform belong to Giveme or are lawfully used by it. Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, exploiting, or using any part of the platform without prior written permission from Giveme is prohibited, unless expressly permitted by applicable law. Any trademarks, logos, names, images, or third-party content displayed on the platform belong to their respective owners and are displayed for informational purposes only.
The Giveme platform includes links to third-party websites, social media, or other external platforms. Giveme does not control and is not responsible for the content, terms of use, privacy policies, security, or operation of these third-party platforms. Access to third-party platforms is at the user’s own responsibility and is subject to the terms and policies of the respective third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Giveme is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from: - The use or inability to use the platform. - Participation or inability to participate in a giveaway. - Inaccuracy or unavailability of information. - The conduct of third-party organizers. - Cancellation, change, or expiration of giveaways. - Failure or delay in prize delivery by third parties. - Use of third-party websites or social media. - Technical problems, service interruptions, or data loss. The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without express or implied warranties, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
Giveme reserves the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the platform at any time. It may also add, remove, or change features, filters, categories, giveaway display methods, or other service capabilities. Where required, we will try to inform users about significant changes.
Giveme may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, services, business practices, or legal obligations. The latest version of the Terms will be published on this page with an updated last updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes to the Terms of Use means that the user has been informed of and accepts the updated Terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by Greek law, unless otherwise provided by mandatory provisions of applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Greek law and the competent courts, where applicable.
